Job Description:

  • Customer service agents supporting the account's end users (enterprise & reseller level) via phone, web form, chat, and email as soon as they raise tickets through the form built into our app.
  • Goals: understand customer's issue, inform them of how to resolve (if possible) and categorize the issue and report back to the account POC (if immediate resolution is not possible), provide weekly updates of bug trends via comprehensive reporting, and escalate high-priority issues to the account POC as soon as possible.



  • TSR with some knowledge (potentially, but not required) of video tools for web (web cameras or camera technology).
  • This is a product technology (with software associated) some experience troubleshooting hardware products could be beneficial.
