Looking for reliable and experienced VA to work night-time shift from 12am-8am PHT for a US-based company.

You must be willing to work at a fast-paced and have high career ambitions. This is a stressful position at the highest levels of a large company and has a high opportunity for raises and long-term secure employment with a Philippine corporation. Specific Duties:

  • Responding to potential leads and setting up appointments with CEO.
  • Syndicating Blog posts on multiple content sharing and social media platforms
  • Managing LinkedIn account activity
  • Familiarity with Wordpress and making changes/updates is needed
  • Filling out Surveys and participating in online contests
  • Gathering list of potential speaking engagements and potential lead research
  • Moderation Social Media and Content Sharing Activities
  • Auditing monthly bills and statements for errors
  • Reconciling transactions inside Quickbooks Accounting system
  • Checking websites for errors and updating plugins and performing security checks inside Wordpress
  • Auditing user access to accounts and software systems

General Duties: 

  • Produces information by transcribing, formatting, inputting, editing, retrieving, copying, and transmitting text, data, and graphics.
  • Conserves executive's time by reading, researching, and routing correspondence; drafting letters and documents; collecting and analyzing information; initiating telecommunications.
  • Maintains executive's appointment schedule by planning and scheduling meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel.
  • Represents the executive by attending meetings in the executive's absence; speaking for the executive.
  • Welcomes guests and customers by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or directing inquiries.
  • Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping information confidential.
  • Completes projects by assigning work to clerical staff; following up on results.
  • Prepares reports by collecting and analyzing information.
  • Secures information by completing database backups.
  • Provides historical reference by developing and utilizing filing and retrieval systems; recording meeting discussions.
